Justice Anita Earls

  • Backed by Law Enforcement
  • Current Justice on the NC Supreme Court
  • Upheld convictions and prison sentences for violent offenders

In 2006, Justice Earls’s brother was brutally murdered. She worked hard to bring his killer to justice, but the elected district attorney refused to press charges.

This drove Justice Earls to form the Southern Coalition for Social Justice. Throughout her career, she has worked to ensure fair rights for all. As the co-chair of a statewide public safety task force, Earls called for more funding and support for law enforcement. As a Supreme Court Justice, she has upheld convictions for violent offenders and given crime victims and North Carolina families the closure they deserve.

We Proudly Support Justice Earls.

Sarah Stevens

  • Defended a teacher who sexually abused young girls
  • Voted against tougher laws for child predators
  • Fundraised with a child molester

Stevens’ Alarming
Public Safety Record

As an attorney and as a politician, Sarah Stevens has repeatedly sided with predators and violent criminals — leaving victims behind. In private practice, Stevens chose to represent a teacher who raped a student and sexually abused others.1 In the General Assembly, Stevens voted against legislation to crack down on child predators2. She also tried to reduce a proposed window for survivors to seek justice against their abusers, claiming it would allow victims to “go after somebody with deep pockets.” And on the campaign trail, Stevens fundraised with a politically connected child molester.
